We are looking for credentialed professionals — CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD, EA, or comparable — with a strong business mindset and a demonstrated record of serving the ultra-high-net-worth tier of clients. The work we do is technically demanding, relationally intense, and not for everyone. The right person will recognize that immediately.

  • UHNW client experience. You have personally served families with $10M+ in investable assets and understand the planning complexity, sensitivity, and discretion the work requires.
  • Entrepreneurial drive. You think like an owner. You take initiative without being asked, hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else does, and want a real seat at the table as the firm grows.
  • Technical depth. Tax, estate, equity compensation, cross-border planning, investment strategy — you bring genuine command of at least one area, and intellectual curiosity across the rest.
  • Fiduciary mindset. You believe — not as a slogan but as a discipline — that the client's interest comes first, every time, in every decision.
